Very disappointed with the company. Initially they were to come out, before the storm, and trim a tree. A time and date was scheduled. They called, on the scheduled day, to say they couldn't make it because the current job gave them more work. He was suppose to call back and didn't. Storm comes and I contacted after to schedule for a removal. Didn't show and didn't call. When I called they couldn't initially recall that they were suppose to come to do the work at the scheduled time. They continued to make promises and excuses. Needless to say I had to find someone else because of poor management and organization.
